The convertible cap snaps securely onto the end of the pen creating a standard-size barrel. The proprietary ink and deliver system used exclusively in Rite in the Rain pens will write without skipping in extremely wet conditions. The pressurized cartridge allows to perform in temperatures from -30 F to 250 F and under water up to 35 ft.
